Ans. Hlo, My name is Naurang Tomar and i belong to gwalior but now i am living in Noida And i did my schooling from M.P. Board (10th and 12th both) and i have completed my graduation from Jiwaji University, Gwalior after that I started preparing for government exam but I was not able to selecte then I started my career with I Energizer and I spent their 1 year 6 months after I left the Ienergizer and joined the EXL service

I don't have but after Hr round we receive the aptitude test via mail.
Question is being given as per company policy and it could be like regining, maths and English grammar and may be for checking your knowledge it might be related to Computer.

Ans. My strength- I am solving driven while dealing with problems and conflicts I always collaborate to meet my terms and objective. I am diligent and always have the end goal in mind. Weakness- i am quite meticulous with details and sometimes that effects my time management but now i have started time tracker and that was a game changer for me.
