Terrible promotion opportunities. People with good relationships are moatly promoted or someone who has put in papers. Company does not tealize your worth unless you resign and then they promise hike, promotion and onsite opportunities.

Conpany is good, and Indian also. So we proud for joined Wipro.

Culture is not good, work pressure are more, no holiday, All holidays we are working. This is not good for our health. If we are doing job every day and not get single day for rest, so think how we survive long. Culture and work life balance is not good. They hire you for different work and they change your process according to their requirements and the your career will suffer and there us very toxic work culture and micromanagement ...there is no benefits and they torture you by deducting your salary also...don't provides allowed leaves too

Wipro has good training initiatives but lately the quality of the training material and initiatives have dropped down. As a company Wipro should be able to provide Udemy to all it's employee but that is not the case. Wipro will tell you that it will upskill but that is for the sake of the business, demands will make you a labour nothing more. Working with wipro having job security. Saturday Sunday is an week off even though it's depends on clients if you working for any client. Salary on time without any delay and no problems for any leaves.

Job security, It depends on Client, they Hire you without informing you that they are deploying you on a Contract basis with any client, and once client Project over, he will release instantly and then they will ask you to go through multiple rounds of Interview with another client, like you have already done to join this company and after a certain period of time they will exit you.

No work life balance, no appreciation, no career growth. Also managers will not release us from the project as we are low budget scholar trainee. They will provide favours to their family and friends. They will help them to get highlighted in front of clients, even if they are not having any skills. But they are being praised. They are getting good salary, they are getting hybrid policy. But for us no such favours, no hybrid policy for us. We are going office everyday, doing overtime, yet no rating no hikes no praise, because we are not their family or friends. Too much politics, management is too biased.
