Multiple things are there 1. Work life balance 2. Appraisal 3. Projects opportunity 4. Management support 5. Location change 6. Infrastructure 7. Bonus and extra benefits. All of the above are not at all good. Need so many improvement.

Zero percentage hike, no promotion, work life balance seats in hell, no respect, HR harassment policy is only for name, zero supports we get from HR, South Indian upper-level management people ruling on people they think they are boss/don of the company

I wasted 6 years of my life working with Wipro, they might be giving high packages for the people who are coming up with good experience but the employees who are working with Wipro from years they will still get paid very low salaries

Salary growth won't be there for the long timers that is not only in Wipro. Which will be there in all service based company until we do a jump. There won't be any financial growth

Working in the Wipro is good, but again it depends on the type of the project the person is working in.

As mentioned above, I sort of like and dislike the project which I currently working on. But overall, Wipro is better for freshers and experienced people who like to stable job rather than looking for a growth.

There is no new learning, no new upskilling. There is complete politics during compny appraisal and promotion,if your are managers chamcha you will definitely getting hike and promotion. There is no work life balance. And after giving your all lifetime hardwork you are getting chillar as a hike ,please leave company if you are getting good hike in othere company...

Too much of Office Politics. TL Balu and Manager torchuring the employees mentally and physically I never. Eligible employees are ignored for promotions too much of favoritism for selected employee. Literally we are living a hectic life in Wipro

Work environment is not good at all. They are never satisfied with your work nor recognises your hard work & the efforts you have putten. It was a daily routine to get scolded for everyone working here no matter what's your position even our assistant manager has suffered a lot. They just keep demotivating you & get your moral down.

Everything, no job security, no help from higher authorities. They will not help you get tagged to any projects no matters what you have learned how many tests you have cleared, you will still struggle to find a project there. WMG is jus there grabbing their salary and not helping employees in any matter.

Terrible promotion opportunities. People with good relationships are moatly promoted or someone who has put in papers. Company does not tealize your worth unless you resign and then they promise hike, promotion and onsite opportunities.
