No projects. Zero job security. Managers are not upto their level. Human resource team do not know how to utilize resources, they hire in bulk. At the end, they do massive layoffs.

Lack of projects and HR system is worst. They simply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. Everything . They are now monitoring productivity. So you need to work 9.5 hours . They can make you resign anytime. Very low increment. I am 5 star and I got 5% hike . Not good project. They force you to take any position even if you don't have experience. I have 5 years of experience as .net developer but they were forcing me to take QA position as they don't have project. Wipro employee skills are very low. If you joined from other company you will realise people who joined Wipro as fresh they don't have any skill. 3 months notice period is a biggest headache for you . There is no such factor to loke this company especially Chennai location

Wipro Chennai location especially not a good work culture firm, there is a partiality amon the Chennai and outside Tamil people, Manager always point out non locals who are out side Chennai people....job security is very worst...Manager is not a supportive person, they only supports Tamil people.

Not good communication except the project if you're out of project no one guide you to the next step eg: I was on ML leave then on bench and then LOP suddenly HR called me to apply volunteer resignation after I reliving they asking me to pay the amount bcz of taking extra leaves so that they give reliving letter 😔 it's approximately my 1 month salary.

Overall it's a good company with fixable working hours.

Drawback is company gives excellent Overtime but the increment is so bad because it gives excellent Overtime but what about those who don't get overtime based on their workflow if they don't have enough work or workflow inventory so that they can get overtime.
