Work culture is pathetic. I was associated with Meta as a project leading training and there is no strong leadership setting expectation with the client about their approach with our teams.

Lot's of internal politics and worest behaviour from higher position people like TL's and managers. No body cares if you are talented.you need to just fold your hands and obey the orders from them like dogs then you ll get anything.

Well I learned many things gained confidence and skilled myself with several skills with the help of people arround.

Agents are just numbers to them. I was supporting as Lead but till last I was not promoted. No growth opportunities. Cheap level of management. Leads are and ops are the worst.
