Work life balance is awesome. Also they provide plenty of ways to upskill yourself. I've got complete gen ai licenses and tools required along with Udemy to learn and try our gen ai which is awesome. Also I think they respect good work and recognize your efforts. I've got 6% hike after couple years of my joining for a rating of 4.

No work life balance, Salary is low and internal lateral movement without our confirmation and no hike, role is shifted completely what was discussed during joining, Shift timing (Night shift) change what discussed during interview (Day shift) without night shift allowance, during joining said both side transport now after movement only one side transport, role not exactly defined.

Worst bench policy. They dont give promotion and hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.

Terrible promotion opportunities. People with good relationships are moatly promoted or someone who has put in papers. Company does not tealize your worth unless you resign and then they promise hike, promotion and onsite opportunities.

Wipro has good training initiatives but lately the quality of the training material and initiatives have dropped down. As a company Wipro should be able to provide Udemy to all it's employee but that is not the case. Job security, It depends on Client, they Hire you without informing you that they are deploying you on a Contract basis with any client, and once client Project over, he will release instantly and then they will ask you to go through multiple rounds of Interview with another client, like you have already done to join this company and after a certain period of time they will exit you.

No work life balance, no appreciation, no career growth. Also managers will not release us from the project as we are low budget scholar trainee. They will provide favours to their family and friends. They will help them to get highlighted in front of clients, even if they are not having any skills. But they are being praised. They are getting good salary, they are getting hybrid policy. But for us no such favours, no hybrid policy for us.
