Not even conducting any programmes for any Indian festival so it lacks in good environment. Not even getting any government leaves due to Australia projects, so more tired of working 9.5 hours for everyday. No promotion and not even getting good appraisal from the management So after seeing all these if any interested join then it's there own risk

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Worst bench policy. They dont give promotion and hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.

Everything . They are now monitoring productivity. So you need to work 9.5 hours . They can make you resign anytime. Very low increment. I am 5 star and I got 5% hike . Not good project. They force you to take any position even if you don't have experience. I have 5 years of experience as .net developer but they were forcing me to take QA position as they don't have project. Wipro employee skills are very low. If you joined from other company you will realise people who joined Wipro as fresh they don't have any skill. 3 months notice period is a biggest headache for you . Wipro Chennai location especially not a good work culture firm, there is a partiality amon the Chennai and outside Tamil people, Manager always point out non locals who are out side Chennai people....job security is very worst...Manager is not a supportive person, they only supports Tamil people.
