I got an project where managers were forcing to come to office 5 days a week whereas Wipro has hybrid policy. Below case can by vary project to project. 1. It was like if customer is working you have to work even if the Wipro has holiday, if customer is not working as per their holiday in that case you must work or support as they are unavailable, I mean complete confusion and exploitation of employees in between customer and Wipro policy 2. If you going for a bio break or washroom you will have to compensate those hrs or minutes extras in the office 3. Work life balance is awesome. Also they provide plenty of ways to upskill yourself. I've got complete gen ai licenses and tools required along with Udemy to learn and try our gen ai which is awesome. Also I think they respect good work and recognize your efforts. I've got 6% hike after couple years of my joining for a rating of 4.

If you are bsc / bca student and want to join WILP then don't join it's a trap and they will push you to work and you will not able to study and salary is also less after completing 5 years i.e. M.tech you don't have any skill and you will stuck. Because they don't let you work on your skill.

No work life balance, Salary is low and internal lateral movement without our confirmation and no hike, role is shifted completely what was discussed during joining, Shift timing (Night shift) change what discussed during interview (Day shift) without night shift allowance, during joining said both side transport now after movement only one side transport, role not exactly defined.
