Worst bench policy. They dont give promotion and hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.

Forced work from office every week has spoilt work life balance even though employee brings revenue to the company. Bcoz of Work from office many talented employees have started leaving and will continue to do so unless they find another job which gives work from home

Work environment is not good at all. They are never satisfied with your work nor recognises your hard work & the efforts you have putten. It was a daily routine to get scolded for everyone working here no matter what's your position even our assistant manager has suffered a lot. They just keep demotivating you & get your moral down.

Everything, no job security, no help from higher authorities. They will not help you get tagged to any projects no matters what you have learned how many tests you have cleared, you will still struggle to find a project there. WMG is jus there grabbing their salary and not helping employees in any matter.

Terrible promotion opportunities. People with good relationships are moatly promoted or someone who has put in papers. Company does not tealize your worth unless you resign and then they promise hike, promotion and onsite opportunities.
