Well I learned many things gained confidence and skilled myself with several skills with the help of people arround.

Agents are just numbers to them. I was supporting as Lead but till last I was not promoted. No growth opportunities. Cheap level of management. Leads are and ops are the worst.

Everything, no job security, no help from higher authorities. They will not help you get tagged to any projects no matters what you have learned how many tests you have cleared, you will still struggle to find a project there. WMG is jus there grabbing their salary and not helping employees in any matter.

Wipro has good training initiatives but lately the quality of the training material and initiatives have dropped down. As a company Wipro should be able to provide Udemy to all it's employee but that is not the case. Wipro will tell you that it will upskill but that is for the sake of the business, demands will make you a labour nothing more. Lot's of internal politics and worest behaviour from higher position people like TL's and managers. No body cares if you are talented.you need to just fold your hands and obey the orders from them like dogs then you ll get anything.
