Hr of wipro is worse , not even listening, when we want some clarification they started shouting,Work from home is closed, Which is essential for day to day life, to maintain life balance between work and family. On time of joining hr talk politely and after they are treated as slave.

Work culture -Spirit of wipro is followed and inculcated in all the employees. Great opportunities provided to Wasians and Wistaites to work and learn and also pursue their PG degrees from VIT Vellore and Bits Pilani.

Dislikes

No fair promotion opportunities, Granting salary hike is biased from practice. Promotions are not based on work in project but rather based on practice contributions and on the "will" of higher managers working in practice.

1. Tremendously Toxic Environment. 2. Office politics. 3. High end dish dish. 4. They force their employees to Contribute money for office party. 5. No festive gifts, bonus , nothing is there. 6. Excessive salary Deductions. 7. 3rd class management, your manager or your senior will release their frustration on whatsapp call, so thatyou can't record it. 8. Plaster of office building starts peeling off during Storms (Noida office) 9. Excessive travelling time of Cabs. Cab Driver will arrive at your place on 3:20 PM and will drop you to the office on 4:20 PM (*If you are working in 5:30 pm to 3:00 am Shift). 10. No annual salary hike. They offer only 3% salary hike after completing 18 months in the company. 11. One year service Bond is also there for freshers. 12. They make their employee work like a bonded labour. 13. Completely night shift for US processes, but they do not offer any Night Allowances. 14. They ask their employees for extra hours login and on weekends as well. 15. 3rd class desktops, they use very old laptops as a CPU for desktop. Also they tie these laptops with the table. 16. They do not provide leaves easily. 17. You have to complete 2 day's work in 1 day if you have taken 1 day leave. 18. Seniors are completely Non-Supportive. 19. Process Training program is completely Junked. They will provide only one time process training and also you have no rights to record the training session. After completing the training, if you ask any doubts during processing something, they will never help you. 20. Once, i took 1 day sick leave as my health was not so good that day to come to office, so my dear manager ask me to send the Medical Certificate only for just 1 day leave....Read More

There is no fixed role. You might get hired in a certain role. But they will make you work on a completely different task. Working overtime is naturally expected out of you. And let alone personal leaves, public holidays might get cancelled the night before without any prior notice.
