Salary was same as other IT services companies. And salary growth rate was decent when compared to other service companies.

To much workload nothing to gain our knowledge such poor management system toxic work culture overtime working without money no one going to appreciate for your work and giving bonus just for their safety so after living we have to return that bonus to wipro again

If you're fresher you will have time to up skill yourself. Some practice management is good but most of them have their own rules to play with your life beside company policies . If you're experienced you need to be in project if not they will give you 45 days time after they try to terminate on bases of lack of skill some managers will force you to resign.

Salary and promotions if you're a fresher and elite batch then you will get retention bonus instead of hike based on rating. Those bonuses will have 2 years bond. This amount keep on increasing even your 3 months notice period salary is not enough to compensate company when you resign if you are not paying back you will not get experience letter . They will allow you three attempt of assessment for those who are in free pool, and you don't know whether you can released by work.

They are calling candidates directly and asking them to resign without any prior notice. Applying unrealistic reason they are stating the candidates to resign any how. Salary is not looks like a IT professional employee it seems we are construction site labour and they just fire and hire as they have need.

Guys if you are a fresher and if going for a interview at wipro better take a day off because they waste your time so much lack of responsibility. Such a big it company uses only 2 laptops for taking assesment. Which will take almost 5 to 6 hours for your turn. The assessment they will take in shl app which available in playstore soeveryone but still they will call you to the ofc to the give the assessment and wait for 6 hours straight. After that if you clear the svar round. In the ops don't know who's that son of glitch voice specialist he just hires experience no matter who fantastic your interview goes you will be rejected just because you lack experience they just call the freshers for torture. We need to take approval for leave from both client and Wipro manager. No promotion. Only one vegetable is available in canteen for all 5 days. No technical maintainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.
