Not even conducting any programmes for any Indian festival so it lacks in good environment. Not even getting any government leaves due to Australia projects, so more tired of working 9.5 hours for everyday. No promotion and not even getting good appraisal from the management So after seeing all these if any interested join then it's there own risk

There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. As a company Wipro should be able to provide Udemy to all it's employee but that is not the case. Job security, It depends on Client, they Hire you without informing you that they are deploying you on a Contract basis with any client, and once client Project over, he will release instantly and then they will ask you to go through multiple rounds of Interview with another client, like you have already done to join this company and after a certain period of time they will exit you.

No work life balance, no appreciation, no career growth. Also managers will not release us from the project as we are low budget scholar trainee. They will provide favours to their family and friends. They will help them to get highlighted in front of clients, even if they are not having any skills. But they are being praised. They are getting good salary, they are getting hybrid policy. But for us no such favours, no hybrid policy for us. We are going office everyday, doing overtime, yet no rating no hikes no praise, because we are not their family or friends. Too much politics, management is too biased.
