They say it's LGBTQ+ Friendly but washroom access to LGBTQ+ people are not available on every floor or they don't provide time excuses if that person going on ground floor for washroom from third working floor then employee will have to Time on Floor too where rest their met are accessing washroom on third floor itself....Read More

Toxic management. No Job security. Appraisal and promotion policies are very poor and hardly you will get only single digit appraisal even if you get the best rating.

No Hikes- hike is just 3-5 % with low package, No promotions, Only Politics.. If they want us they will give lot of work to us. Mainly they will focus on the outside employees and there is no encouragemebt for the person who started the journy in the same organization I hate you Wipro and I will not come again

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

If you don't know English language still Wipro give us chance to work with them. They support us, encourage us, they provide us all material to improve our personality development. I love you Wipro who give me to chance . Now I am perfect in n English language.
