Not even conducting any programmes for any Indian festival so it lacks in good environment. Not even getting any government leaves due to Australia projects, so more tired of working 9.5 hours for everyday. No promotion and not even getting good appraisal from the management So after seeing all these if any interested join then it's there own risk

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

Employee benefits but specific project management interfere ln it.

There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Opportunities not given to those who work honestly and Process don't have alternative to that perticular person. They say it's LGBTQ+ Friendly but washroom access to LGBTQ+ people are not available on every floor or they don't provide time excuses if that person going on ground floor for washroom from third working floor then employee will have to Time on Floor too where rest their met are accessing washroom on third floor itself....Read More

Worst bench policy. They dont give promotion and hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.
