I left wipro bcz of work life balance and terrible TL , when I joined my TL was so supportive and good, helped us in every situation, but when we moved from Facet to Wgs, i had a terrible experience with the TL, he was so unprofessional, shouting on face . I didn’t even thought that i have to leave wipro bcz of this toxic work culture and TL with so much office politics.

Terrible promotion opportunities. People with good relationships are moatly promoted or someone who has put in papers. Company does not tealize your worth unless you resign and then they promise hike, promotion and onsite opportunities.

They hire you for different work and they change your process according to their requirements and the your career will suffer and there us very toxic work culture and micromanagement ...there is no benefits and they torture you by deducting your salary also...don't provides allowed leaves too

Wipro has good training initiatives but lately the quality of the training material and initiatives have dropped down. As a company Wipro should be able to provide Udemy to all it's employee but that is not the case. Wipro will tell you that it will upskill but that is for the sake of the business, demands will make you a labour nothing more. Working with wipro having job security. Saturday Sunday is an week off even though it's depends on clients if you working for any client. Salary on time without any delay and no problems for any leaves.

Job security, It depends on Client, they Hire you without informing you that they are deploying you on a Contract basis with any client, and once client Project over, he will release instantly and then they will ask you to go through multiple rounds of Interview with another client, like you have already done to join this company and after a certain period of time they will exit you.

If sometimes work is not being done on time or delayed as an average new joinee, then it does not affect that much.

Dislikes

Poor management of giving training and project allocation because you have to work which is below your skill level and even not your skill. Suppose you mentioned one skill in resume, but you will not get project based on that. Project allocation team forces employees on bench to take any project, even which is not at your skill level.
