I left wipro bcz of work life balance and terrible TL , when I joined my TL was so supportive and good, helped us in every situation, but when we moved from Facet to Wgs, i had a terrible experience with the TL, he was so unprofessional, shouting on face . I didn’t even thought that i have to leave wipro bcz of this toxic work culture and TL with so much office politics.

Work is like in any other corporate but the work culture is shit, Managers and supervisors are bunch of narcissistic idiots who dont care about any security policies and they want to do everything by bending/ breaking the policies and you should only say Yes. Being an MNC, there was job security. Work environment and infrastructure is good.

1. Poor growth and very low hike, delayed promotions. 2. No learning due to purely support projects and low quality work 3. Heavy politics and incompetent management 4. Talented educated skilled people are pushed to sideline by mediocre incompetent people 5. Management keep fooling on the matter of onsite opportunities, appraisals are biased.

There was too much politics in my project. Few people in project were misusing their powers and impacting other people appraisal, upliftment. These people who has few power, they have been with Wipro more that one decade and only was able to secure small positions in these long career in one organisation. And their they were running the other energetic skilled employees career.
