Dislikes

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Wipro in 2024-25, lost many projects and unnecessarily hiring people not able to give any projects to them. I would suggest to go for Wipro as last option. Company policies are not constant and keep changing as they want.
