Management was really helpless when it comes to helping the employees with thir grievances. They are promoting toxic work culture. Biasness with disrespect was really common.

Nothing is good here. No work life balance. Management is worst

Worst bench policy. They dont give promotion and hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.
