Dislikes

The process of promotion is bit different, it entirely depends on the manager's nomination and now it has changed to role based. So if different parameters are implemented to provide promotion would be great.

Well I learned many things gained confidence and skilled myself with several skills with the help of people arround.

Agents are just numbers to them. I was supporting as Lead but till last I was not promoted. No growth opportunities. Cheap level of management. Leads are and ops are the worst.

If sometimes work is not being done on time or delayed as an average new joinee, then it does not affect that much.

Dislikes

Poor management of giving training and project allocation because you have to work which is below your skill level and even not your skill. Suppose you mentioned one skill in resume, but you will not get project based on that. Project allocation team forces employees on bench to take any project, even which is not at your skill level.

Zero percentage hike, no promotion, work life balance seats in hell, no respect, HR harassment policy is only for name, zero supports we get from HR, South Indian upper-level management people ruling on people they think they are boss/don of the company

The support system is good and the managers and team leader also good.

The salary is also less, the shift timings are 10:30. In that too if I am late by even 1 minutes then I don't get DSI. The target increases every month and whatever is put in the plan is also difficult. If there is some problem then work from home not allowed. Every time he keeps fearing that he will put me on the action plan.

The workculture and infrastructure will be quite good , provides access for many learning sites to boost up the skills and also to move in career. Internally work balance depends on the project assigned to. Good in providing hikes and promotions.Most of the officials/collegues will guide to acheive goal in heights.
