HR are completely biased on Business decisions. They only write on papers on maintaining integrity, not encouraging any mal practices in the company. Real insight is complete opposite. Wipro has set few example by terminating few seniors in past for any complain against them where there was no option to run out. Rest HR and legal always try all tricks they have to ensure employees struggle who so ever stand against the company or senior managers.
