Brand Value - everyone knows where Iam working.

Dislikes

HR mostly works as a BOT - they reply with the same wordings as in the policy document and wouldn't never support with any additional help. Insurance policy is poorly structured with less benefits for such a big organisation. Appraisal process usually takes a quarter to complete with Increment cycle another 2 quarters.
