Overall good experience as teach valuable communication ans soft skill also thier high set target help to push more to satisfying cx with limited resources Wipro has very supporting management and clear cut policy which brings best of each individual

High targets push individual to do better but everyone not able to cope it but once done individual can grow himself within organization

As a fresher join wipro so struggle a lot in start but their continuous training regime and soft skill training become a great help in coping the process

Very good environment and culture. Everyone is supported in company. This is my first job and best experience I have received. Cab facility and salery I have received in time. I want also to join wipro when I was moved on in IT field. I really like and love wipro

The most likeable this in Wipro that is Frustrating management and negative culture , Zero support , Every employee of the process are disappointed because as per work there is not facilities or economical support in organization .

Work was awesome, Fully disappointed environment and fake things . And the transportation facility awesome , Cab always came before 2:30 Hrs . and drop at Wipro before 1 Hrs .
