Nothing is likely to have with this organisation. Only they are making fool to employees. 3 yrs no appraisal not even single penny increased. But one thing increase which is work more work to do you will get more work again Never suggest to join anyone this organisation.

Worst management, they do not know how to talk. Nothing is done for employees benefits. There is no yearly increment. They have very delayed incremental policy in which they put criteria also. Further, they cheat with people by telling them wrong positions they are hired on.

As such no likement but yes on benifit which would not add much value transport and cab facilities are good.

Dislikes

The whole culture and management is worst never recommend anyone to look for a option please look somewhere else as there are many more competitors with good management and culture, pathetic people and politics is way too high high here which would not let you work properly.
