Managers are extremely toxic. They don’t care if you are sick or not they just want you to work. HR’s are not there to help employees but to harass employees. I would not recommend anyone to join this organisation

Everything...Poor Operation management 💩, Unhygienic Washrooms, HRs not for employees but to support management. Poor appraisal, Wrong people holding positions and taking disadvantages of their positions. Freshers are made to work like donkeys.

I worked for almost 6 years on same salary package, got 1 appraisal after 4 years, after contract completion and then again didn’t get any appraisal or salary hike for almost another 2 years, when i was serving notice period just to make me feel that they are doing efforts, they ask me to accept promotion without any salary hike. They are just giving me band progression. Those were my 5+ years wasted without any salary increment or knowledge gain. I cleared AZ-900 during that period but still i was getting hardware related tickets only so there was no opportunity for knowledge progress as well....Read More

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

If you don't know English language still Wipro give us chance to work with them. They support us, encourage us, they provide us all material to improve our personality development. I love you Wipro who give me to chance . Now I am perfect in n English language.

There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment.
