Only thing good about Wipro was some co-workers were nice and helpful but the management is very bad

Dislikes

If you are a fresher, do not join wipro it is the worst company for freshers to join, even after 1.5 years in the company you will not be assigned any project

I hv been working with the group since last 8 years. During my tenure the work culture/ environment, work life balance was adequate. This company awards you freedom of work and provides ample of opportunities to grow as a person. This is much of an institution for growth and prosperity. Lastly, the salaries at par with the peers in the industry and yes on time.

Nothing but taunts from senior

Dislikes

This is the company where I work for 14+ hour ever day including weekends. One my manager Subeesh Venugopal and Uma P verbally harassed me here. They expect you do proper work without any proper resources. Play money game so if your mac laptop charger get damaged pay it with your pocket we will reimburse it later or not.
