Worst bench policy. They dont give promotion and hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.

Maybe the work culture the colleagues were really good. Managers too. But end of the day the quality of the work was not good. We did not get a good handson projects.

Everything . They are now monitoring productivity. So you need to work 9.5 hours . They can make you resign anytime. Very low increment. I am 5 star and I got 5% hike . Not good project. They force you to take any position even if you don't have experience. I have 5 years of experience as .net developer but they were forcing me to take QA position as they don't have project. Wipro employee skills are very low. If you joined from other company you will realise people who joined Wipro as fresh they don't have any skill. 3 months notice period is a biggest headache for you . Environment is very cool to work there ,and there is no one not even seniors ,no one carries the attitude every one is helping and very down to earth,if I would get the second chance to work with wipro i will definitely join.

No work life balance, Salary is low and internal lateral movement without our confirmation and no hike, role is shifted completely what was discussed during joining, Shift timing (Night shift) change what discussed during interview (Day shift) without night shift allowance, during joining said both side transport now after movement only one side transport, role not exactly defined.

They won't care what skills you have. All they say is PROJECT REQUIREMENT and turn you into service desk engineer... They hire fresh college graduates and turn them into customer support /IT. The sky is the limit for management politics. They don't care about employees future or skills.

They will allow you three attempt of assessment for those who are in free pool, and you don't know whether you can released by work.

Dislikes

They are calling candidates directly and asking them to resign without any prior notice. Applying unrealistic reason they are stating the candidates to resign any how. Salary is not looks like a IT professional employee it seems we are construction site labour and they just fire and hire as they have need.

Guys if you are a fresher and if going for a interview at wipro better take a day off because they waste your time so much lack of responsibility. Such a big it company uses only 2 laptops for taking assesment. Which will take almost 5 to 6 hours for your turn. The assessment they will take in shl app which available in playstore soeveryone but still they will call you to the ofc to the give the assessment and wait for 6 hours straight. After that if you clear the svar round. In the ops don't know who's that son of glitch voice specialist he just hires experience no matter who fantastic your interview goes you will be rejected just because you lack experience they just call the freshers for torture.
