Every monthuartrr based allocation process. It should be minimum for 6 month.Also it should be on time. Seat booking should be batter for on bench person also.

Hr of wipro is worse , not even listening, when we want some clarification they started shouting,Work from home is closed, Which is essential for day to day life, to maintain life balance between work and family. On time of joining hr talk politely and after they are treated as slave.

Work life balance is awesome. Also they provide plenty of ways to upskill yourself. I've got complete gen ai licenses and tools required along with Udemy to learn and try our gen ai which is awesome. Also I think they respect good work and recognize your efforts. I've got 6% hike after couple years of my joining for a rating of 4.

promotions are hard to get here, rarely i see someone talked about employees growth, all in talk and documents. benefits are also less and lot of deductions happens in pay and we do not proper visibility where it goes.

Worst bench policy. They dont give promotion and hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.

Wipro has good training initiatives but lately the quality of the training material and initiatives have dropped down. As a company Wipro should be able to provide Udemy to all it's employee but that is not the case. Job security, It depends on Client, they Hire you without informing you that they are deploying you on a Contract basis with any client, and once client Project over, he will release instantly and then they will ask you to go through multiple rounds of Interview with another client, like you have already done to join this company and after a certain period of time they will exit you.

No work life balance, no appreciation, no career growth. Also managers will not release us from the project as we are low budget scholar trainee. They will provide favours to their family and friends. They will help them to get highlighted in front of clients, even if they are not having any skills. But they are being praised. They are getting good salary, they are getting hybrid policy. But for us no such favours, no hybrid policy for us. We are going office everyday, doing overtime, yet no rating no hikes no praise, because we are not their family or friends. Too much politics, management is too biased.
