Lack of projects and HR system is worst. They simply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. Work culture is cool in my project. Only fixed time and no pressure for me but others in some projects feel have huge pressure. Allownaces are good so can be used. Huge priority on mental helath.

Wipro in 2024-25, lost many projects and unnecessarily hiring people not able to give any projects to them. I would suggest to go for Wipro as last option. Company policies are not constant and keep changing as they want.

Worst bench policy. They dont give promotion and hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.

Everything . They are now monitoring productivity. So you need to work 9.5 hours . They can make you resign anytime. Very low increment. I am 5 star and I got 5% hike . Not good project. They force you to take any position even if you don't have experience. I have 5 years of experience as .net developer but they were forcing me to take QA position as they don't have project. Wipro employee skills are very low. If you joined from other company you will realise people who joined Wipro as fresh they don't have any skill. 3 months notice period is a biggest headache for you .
