If you are bsc / bca student and want to join WILP then don't join it's a trap and they will push you to work and you will not able to study and salary is also less after completing 5 years i.e. M.tech you don't have any skill and you will stuck. Because they don't let you work on your skill.

Environment is very cool to work there ,and there is no one not even seniors ,no one carries the attitude every one is helping and very down to earth,if I would get the second chance to work with wipro i will definitely join.

No work life balance, Salary is low and internal lateral movement without our confirmation and no hike, role is shifted completely what was discussed during joining, Shift timing (Night shift) change what discussed during interview (Day shift) without night shift allowance, during joining said both side transport now after movement only one side transport, role not exactly defined.

They won't care what skills you have. All they say is PROJECT REQUIREMENT and turn you into service desk engineer... They hire fresh college graduates and turn them into customer support /IT. The sky is the limit for management politics. They don't care about employees future or skills.

They will allow you three attempt of assessment for those who are in free pool, and you don't know whether you can released by work.

Dislikes

They are calling candidates directly and asking them to resign without any prior notice. Applying unrealistic reason they are stating the candidates to resign any how. Salary is not looks like a IT professional employee it seems we are construction site labour and they just fire and hire as they have need.

There salary structure is very poor. 15% variable is there and average you will get max 50% of that amount however company is performing well then also. means total loss and disappointment.
