This company generally works in hire and fire mode. If you are performing great they'll keep you but if you are not performing good even for a month or so they'll through you out of the company without even notice even if you are part of the company for more then 2 4 years as well. The work time can be flexible. The managers are really nice and approachable. Anyone can maintain work life balance properly. Managers give feedback regularly and thoroughly. The opportunities of career growth is quite good. There work environment is really nice.

The work load was quite heavy but not too complex. The job is kinda piece of cake once someone gets some experience. It's like a playing a pc game, you just need to set your hand on the keyboard.
