High level politics, Fevourism, Major issue is "Skip meeting" arrangement should be change nothing happens, employee knows very well if you tell the truth about management that's why they can't talk real. They talk only sugar coated which the management want to hear good things only. Tight Working hours, No Entertainment, Old building (S3), In library books allowed to read in library only you can't take it to home, this rule is only for BPM. I got to learn a lot of things related to finance domain. Got to know about various softwares and tools of the market. The infrastructure is absolutely good.

Dislikes

What I didn't liked is the environment of work they are providing. Non-supportive seniors, poor training program and no promotional opportunities. Poor appraisal cycle. They don't value their good employees as well. Always rebuking their employees.

Management is very bias and they only promote employees those are on their favour. Worst micro management. They didn’t allow you to take breaks. And expect to work 24/7. And they put you on Bench whenever manager decides. Increments given to only favourites employees.

As a company Wipro should be able to provide Udemy to all it's employee but that is not the case. Working with wipro having job security. Saturday Sunday is an week off even though it's depends on clients if you working for any client. Salary on time without any delay and no problems for any leaves.

Job security, It depends on Client, they Hire you without informing you that they are deploying you on a Contract basis with any client, and once client Project over, he will release instantly and then they will ask you to go through multiple rounds of Interview with another client, like you have already done to join this company and after a certain period of time they will exit you.

If sometimes work is not being done on time or delayed as an average new joinee, then it does not affect that much.

Dislikes

Poor management of giving training and project allocation because you have to work which is below your skill level and even not your skill. Suppose you mentioned one skill in resume, but you will not get project based on that. Project allocation team forces employees on bench to take any project, even which is not at your skill level.

Everything, I work for one of the wipro's client. Wipro make us to work for 9.5 hrs and make us raise the attendance for only 8.5 hrs that extra hour won't reflect anywhere in your production , they say that hr is your break. The skill development program actually exist only on paper. Salary is very meagre not even enough to meet our basic needs.
