I met with an accident with the office cab. O got 5 stitches near my eye and nose bone broked.My surgery needs to be done but not happened because they made so much of trouble to myself and to my parents..first there was a problem from insurance end, then so much problem happened from the hospital end like not issuing approval ontime asking for so many irrelevant documents. then hopital asked me for my 6 months bank statements then told me that my bank is making issue as my bank is invalid but how can this be possible if that account of mine is my active its my salary account. my parents were fed up.so we did it by our own now. Wipro just helped me nothing, they dont care about there emplyees at all. They even deduct my salary of that month....Read More

What I don’t like about my company is it does not provide any benefit to the employee as if we see the situation, things are very worst and company should provide some relief and benefits to the employee as well.

I was suffering from schizophrenia,still they secured my job even after they got to know about this. Management at my time was awesome which was later changed and I left.

Dislikes

As I said Management played an important role in retaining me but most of the people from that management got promoted somewhere else , people started abusing me and I left thereafter.
