Wipro is known as a charitable organisation which caters the society apart from its employees. It usually cuts the employees salary to get the funds for charity. We do not get any hikes above 2-4 percent on annual bases. Which is really low. I would never recommend any of my friends or acquaintance to join Wipro.

Dislikes

The policies regarding employees benefits and appraisal is really questionable in Wipro, we are underpaid and do not have any work life balance. Our managers just always asks to hang in there till they can find some new people for the job who also leave the organisation once they get higher salary which they generally do get.

Overall i do not like to work for Wipro technologies because the charity they do doesn't help employees pay their nominal basis expenses.

More working hours(BPS),less salary as opposed to work availed by company.

Work Details

If you want quick money and you don't have choice ,then only join wipro BPS otherwise it will take a toll on you. Freshers could work for some time if they want to but don't spend more than a year in BPS .If you still want to work working international.

I liked nothing about wipro. Worst company. Appraisal's are not good at all, after getting highest numbers appraisal is only Rs 300. Per month. Worst company

I'd say I liked work culture over there. Really loved the environment, peace of mind. I've earned around 20-25 awards while working there so for me it was an excellent experience working with Wipro Noida.

Dislikes

Faced some issues during resignation but overall experience was great.

I would say work-life was pretty balanced as I enjoyed flexibility for overtime, daily meetings, constant and creative feedbacks from quality teams and team managers, Quarterly parties.
