Wipro is known as a charitable organisation which caters the society apart from its employees. It usually cuts the employees salary to get the funds for charity. We do not get any hikes above 2-4 percent on annual bases. Which is really low. I would never recommend any of my friends oracquaintance to join Wipro....Read More

Overall i do not like to work for Wipro technologies because the charity they do doesn't help employees pay their nominal basis expenses.

More working hours(BPS),less salary as opposed to work availed by company.

If you want quick money and you don't have choice ,then only join wipro BPS otherwise it will take a toll on you. Freshers could work for some time if they want to but don't spend more than a year in BPS .If you still want to work working international.

I worked here for 2 years Nd it was good. Even though the salary is a concern still they orovide amole support and gives you oppurtunity to grow within the company. They also provide you oppurtunity to grow and to move to Wipro Trchnologies in your respective field.
