Wipro and dentsu
Hai , I have two offers one from wipro for 19.5 lpa and one from dentsu for 24lpa , i am working right now with Tcs as QA manager for 10.5lpa.. which offer should I select.. kindly give me ur advice

Bhai dono offers kaafi acche hai agar tumhe stable growth aur long term career path chahiye toh Wipro warna agar tum salary ko zyada importance de rahe ho aur thoda risk lena chahte ho toh Dentsu ka offer zyada sahi h

I work at Dentsu in media services and I'd say it's the most micro management I've seen in an agency environment. Every bit is questioned, everything is monitored, daily manager calls etc. It's like living hell.
