Bhai dono offers kaafi acche hai agar tumhe stable growth aur long term career path chahiye toh Wipro warna agar tum salary ko zyada importance de rahe ho aur thoda risk lena chahte ho toh Dentsu ka offer zyada sahi h

[a senior executive](username) salary obviously, I am here now for about 12 years, having 10.5 lpa ,tcs is good, but the pay we are getting I feel is tooo low..and tcs is loosing most of its good resources also jst because they are underpaid.. when I put my paper tcs gave me a counter offer of 12 lakhs lpa which I rejected

Bro isn't it that obvious that you should choose a company that offers you more pay ? 🙄 any suggestion is outweighed by the Dentsu's salary

[oldshinchan](username) since I spent all my career with Tcs ,the work culture we have here is kind of like in a government office. 😁.the thing that worries the most is work culture in dentsu.., wipro i think hav a work culture same as that of tcs

I work at Dentsu in media services and I'd say it's the most micro management I've seen in an agency environment. Every bit is questioned, everything is monitored, daily manager calls etc. It's like living hell. I don't know about software side of Dentsu... see more

Dentsu might pay more, but it’s a glorified burnout factory. Don’t trade your peace of mind for extra money!

[dadiji](username) Burnout? Please, every high-paying job requires effort. If you can’t handle it, stay in low-paying jobs like TCS.

Wipro’s stability is overrated. People stay stuck there for years with minimal growth. You’ll just become another cog in their massive machine.

[an analyst](username) Better to be a “cog” with job security than to risk everything for flashy names like Dentsu that might collapse tomorrow..

If you’re even considering Wipro, you clearly don’t value your skills.

@saltypurple Relevance? LOL dentsu is just marketing hype. Wipro is the real deal in tech.

Why even switch from TCS? You’re already earning 10.5 LPA.

Techie worked 14 hours a day, got a Rs 7.5 Cr promotion, but...
Clocking 14-hour days might sound like the ultimate dedication, but at what cost? This techie’s story is a harsh reminder of how overworking can damage the very things we work so hard for. The Rs 7.5 Cr promotion is impressive, but the toll it took on his personal life? Heartbreaking. His wife filed for divorce, and his success feels hollow. Here’s why 14-hour days and 90+ hour weeks don’t work: 1️⃣Health deteriorates: Physical and mental burnout are inevitable. 2️⃣Relationships suffer: Time is the currency of love and connection. 3️⃣Long hours ≠ Better results: Productivity declines after a certain point. Success isn’t about being the last one at your desk or working yourself to exhaustion. It’s about finding balance achieving your goals without sacrificing your well-being and loved ones. Remember: Life doesn’t pause for promotions. Make time for what truly matters.
