Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. I would not recommend this organisation to anyone neither I will rejoin this again in my life. No work ethics, no work life balance, no proper management and even the senior leadership is not supportive. There are 8 peoples who are moved or left the organisation and we did not get provided with any backup which resulted in increasedwork pressure, extending our shifts and it's like an only option like if anyone did not complete their task they have to extend and then complete it....Read More

Work culture is cool in my project. Only fixed time and no pressure for me but others in some projects feel have huge pressure. Allownaces are good so can be used. Huge priority on mental helath.

Wipro in 2024-25, lost many projects and unnecessarily hiring people not able to give any projects to them. I would suggest to go for Wipro as last option. Company policies are not constant and keep changing as they want.
