Hike will be minimum and you have to wait for 18 months for your 1st hike or appraisal. Working on client location is worst experience. Clients take too much work and pressure.

If you are working for ALIGHT DB Domain, then it's tough to work in this technology. This is not the domain you will find in every company, Tools are internals. So no open source tool they are using. Only work on in-house tool. So learning is less for open source category.

The support system is good and the managers and team leader also good.

The salary is also less, the shift timings are 10:30. In that too if I am late by even 1 minutes then I don't get DSI. The target increases every month and whatever is put in the plan is also difficult. If there is some problem then work from home not allowed. Every time he keeps fearing that he will put me on the action plan.
