Multiple things are there 1. Work life balance 2. Appraisal 3. Projects opportunity 4. Management support 5. Location change 6. Infrastructure 7. Bonus and extra benefits. All of the above are not at all good. Need so many improvement.

I wasted 6 years of my life working with Wipro, they might be giving high packages for the people who are coming up with good experience but the employees who are working with Wipro from years they will still get paid very low salaries

In wipro to grow up in career luck factor is more important then knowledge And promotions/appraisal total depends on your relationship with hire people effort to the core project doesn't matter unlucky in my 3 years of experience I never see any hike in my salary so called MSI Before joining they promised us Bonus+yearly hike so we thought for long-term Wipro would be good for career but reality it's entirely opposite Bonus momey which we are receiving the same amount have to repayed if we relieving the company before 2 years on the date of bonus Basically a contract...Read More

Salary growth won't be there for the long timers that is not only in Wipro. Which will be there in all service based company until we do a jump. There won't be any financial growth

Working in the Wipro is good, but again it depends on the type of the project the person is working in.

As mentioned above, I sort of like and dislike the project which I currently working on. But overall, Wipro is better for freshers and experienced people who like to stable job rather than looking for a growth.

There is no new learning, no new upskilling. There is complete politics during compny appraisal and promotion,if your are managers chamcha you will definitely getting hike and promotion. There is no work life balance. And after giving your all lifetime hardwork you are getting chillar as a hike ,please leave company if you are getting good hike in othere company...

Agents are just numbers to them. I was supporting as Lead but till last I was not promoted. No growth opportunities. Cheap level of management. Leads are and ops are the worst.
