Lack of projects and HR system is worst. They simply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. Work culture is cool in my project. Only fixed time and no pressure for me but others in some projects feel have huge pressure. Allownaces are good so can be used. Huge priority on mental helath.

Wipro in 2024-25, lost many projects and unnecessarily hiring people not able to give any projects to them. I would suggest to go for Wipro as last option. Company policies are not constant and keep changing as they want.

Not good communication except the project if you're out of project no one guide you to the next step eg: I was on ML leave then on bench and then LOP suddenly HR called me to apply volunteer resignation after I reliving they asking me to pay the amount bcz of taking extra leaves so that they give reliving letter 😔 it's approximately my 1 month salary.

Overall it's a good company with fixable working hours.

Drawback is company gives excellent Overtime but the increment is so bad because it gives excellent Overtime but what about those who don't get overtime based on their workflow if they don't have enough work or workflow inventory so that they can get overtime.
