Work culture can become hard depending on your project. Employees do not option to select which project they want to join mostly resource managers allocate on their own decisions which I dislikes.

We need to take approval for leave from both client and Wipro manager. No promotion. Only one vegetable is available in canteen for all 5 days. No technical maintainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.
