Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

Everything, I work for one of the wipro's client. Wipro make us to work for 9.5 hrs and make us raise the attendance for only 8.5 hrs that extra hour won't reflect anywhere in your production , they say that hr is your break. The skill development program actually exist only on paper. Salary is very meagre not even enough to meet our basic needs. Work life balance?Hahs duck it some where, 9.5hrs work, approx 2 hr up and down for travelling in the cab ,12 hr of your life completed just like that daily. Company culture? Pluck it! Not strict about dress codes however a descent dress must be worn to office. Lots of opportunities for skill development through udemy tie up and trainings every month. Certifications reimbursement is also there. If you got ti.e tonspend on self development after project work, great company to work for.

Hr of wipro is worse , not even listening, when we want some clarification they started shouting,Work from home is closed, Which is essential for day to day life, to maintain life balance between work and family. On time of joining hr talk politely and after they are treated as slave.

Work culture -Spirit of wipro is followed and inculcated in all the employees. Great opportunities provided to Wasians and Wistaites to work and learn and also pursue their PG degrees from VIT Vellore and Bits Pilani.

No fair promotion opportunities, Granting salary hike is biased from practice. Promotions are not based on work in project but rather based on practice contributions and on the "will" of higher managers working in practice.
