I have suffing to change my last working day on portal. I have take 10days early release from project and my manager already aproved but due to Wipro HR nigliance no one update my last working on poratl and now they are not changing. Its my worst experince

Appraisal only happens in one year and we have to fill apprailsal forms quaterly. If it is happening only once in a year so appraisal forms must be filled once in a year.

Nothing, Wipro is center for all worst type of project politics and people won't like non-locals in Chennai and Bangalore

Wipro projects are center for all worst type of politics, if onsite is there then it will be horrible in politics. You will not be knowing what happening around you before any damage.
