1. Tremendously Toxic Environment. 2. Office politics. 3. High end dish dish. 4. They force their employees to Contribute money for office party. 5. No festive gifts, bonus , nothing is there. 6. Excessive salary Deductions. 7. 3rd class management, your manager or your senior will release their frustration on whatsapp call, so thatyou can't record it. 8. Plaster of office building starts peeling off during Storms (Noida office) 9. Excessive travelling time of Cabs. Cab Driver will arrive at your place on 3:20 PM and will drop you to the office on 4:20 PM (*If you are working in 5:30 pm to 3:00 am Shift). 10. No annual salary hike. They offer only 3% salary hike after completing 18 months in the company. 11. One year service Bond is also there for freshers. 12. They make their employee work like a bonded labour. 13. Completely night shift for US processes, but they do not offer any Night Allowances. 14. They ask their employees for extra hours login and on weekends as well. 15. 3rd class desktops, they use very old laptops as a CPU for desktop. Also they tie these laptops with the table. 16. They do not provide leaves easily. 17. You have to complete 2 day's work in 1 day if you have taken 1 day leave. 18. Seniors are completely Non-Supportive. 19. Process Training program is completely Junked. They will provide only one time process training and also you have no rights to record the training session. No work life balance, Salary is low and internal lateral movement without our confirmation and no hike, role is shifted completely what was discussed during joining, Shift timing (Night shift) change what discussed during interview (Day shift) without night shift allowance, during joining said both side transport now after movement only one side transport, role not exactly defined.

They will allow you three attempt of assessment for those who are in free pool, and you don't know whether you can released by work.

Dislikes

They are calling candidates directly and asking them to resign without any prior notice. Applying unrealistic reason they are stating the candidates to resign any how. Salary is not looks like a IT professional employee it seems we are construction site labour and they just fire and hire as they have need.

Working with wipro having job security. Saturday Sunday is an week off even though it's depends on clients if you working for any client. Salary on time without any delay and no problems for any leaves.

Job security, It depends on Client, they Hire you without informing you that they are deploying you on a Contract basis with any client, and once client Project over, he will release instantly and then they will ask you to go through multiple rounds of Interview with another client, like you have already done to join this company and after a certain period of time they will exit you.

If sometimes work is not being done on time or delayed as an average new joinee, then it does not affect that much.

Dislikes

Poor management of giving training and project allocation because you have to work which is below your skill level and even not your skill. Suppose you mentioned one skill in resume, but you will not get project based on that. Project allocation team forces employees on bench to take any project, even which is not at your skill level.

Everything, I work for one of the wipro's client. Wipro make us to work for 9.5 hrs and make us raise the attendance for only 8.5 hrs that extra hour won't reflect anywhere in your production , they say that hr is your break. The skill development program actually exist only on paper. Salary is very meagre not even enough to meet our basic needs.
