Delivery managers takes away the credit of leads and developers. They stop hikes also and lot of micromanagement nowadays.

Forced work from office every week has spoilt work life balance even though employee brings revenue to the company. Bcoz of Work from office many talented employees have started leaving and will continue to do so unless they find another job which gives work from home

The process of promotion is bit different, it entirely depends on the manager's nomination and now it has changed to role based. So if different parameters are implemented to provide promotion would be great.
