This company deceive you very well. This is service based company with zero product mindset. Extremely harrowing experience. Company bills some dollars from us company and keeps major portion with them and hands the remaining to employees They do not have any mindset to treat employees well. Extreme level of micro management, vice president and managers rather than giving technical guidance , they calculate the time an employee spends in washroom. They don't trust employee, first company in the country which doesn't give offer letter. There are chances that what Madhu says on call could mismatch when u receive offer after joining. They don't provide any insurance for parents and life term insurance for self which are essential. Feedback You need to take permission before leaving the office. Treatment is like school kids. You can't afford to fall sick, if u do so then Loss of pay. Worst leave policy in the market Always the leaders have unrealistic expectations. You are made to work on weekends as well.
