There is no job satisfaction. Employees are afraid to even talk or raise anything or even to suggest anything. Due to this fear any outsider asks any info on company, employees must only lie else they will track you. Life at Vearc: Daily spend hours travelling to office. Literally sit in zero facility office from 11 to 9pm You must ask permission from managers, leads and scrumaster even if u r spending more time in wash room. Go home late . Again take few calls. Work on weekends. Then on monday they'll praise few for working on monday, So shameless they encourage working on weekends as if employee is married to vearc to work 24/7. At last get some poor hike for n number silly reasons. You need to ask permission and beg managers and leads even if you want even 1 day wfh, Overall an extreme level of toxic work culture. This company has poor and weak mindset. 1) no WLB, tight deadlines. 2) work on weekends. 3) CEO expects you to come to office even when it's raining. He comes because he has benz car. 4) no product mindset. 5) half of the company has only people to micro managge remaining half. 6) no WFH 7) poor leave structure. 8) no benefits other than salary

The salary hikes are minimal, and the work environment is akin to a school, requiring permission for short breaks. The extreme micromanagement is stressful, and there are very few leaves. Basic insurance, tax-saving options, cab services, and medical facilities are all lacking. Broadband bills are not reimbursed. Labor department, please help. I'm ashamed for joining Vearc and not joining a Better company. Or may be I must be ashamed for not being capable for moving to a better company than Vearc. the worst companies I have worked. The employee treatment is very bad. This is not a good place for IT employees. The mindset of leaders and management is totally different, They think like sales, operations or like bank managers, No technical mindset, not a technology company. U need to follow strict timings. On top of that need to login when u go home and work on weekend and support the production. No complementary off. But they will praise u orally for supporting. No trust on employees. No additional benefit apart from salary. When fallen ill or during family emergency no support is provided, take leave or do loss of payment. More time is spent by management on micromanagement. Even if u need to go home 30 mins early, u must take lead permission. Extreme level of micromanagement. No basic term life benefits or parental. Poor leave policy. Salary hikes are not good, in the beginning they were , now once they hired lot of people hikes are below standards. I like to Beg, so when ever I need a work from home i beg to my manager. 99% it will be rejected and 1% they will ask to take an earned leave. Lovely environment where management will praise you if you worked on weekends. And will encourage you to continue working in weekends, shame less right. Absolutely i like this shameless leadership. Great Organization to work for. You would get a lot of exposure to work and collaborate with industry leaders CEO's CTO's. Everyone is encouraged to contribute to product roadmap. Its not a typical hierarchy company where you are just told to work on the piece of code and you never gets to learn for bigger picture.

Worst company for girls and ladies. Girls are often asked to stretch their hours and stay late night. No cab facility. Unsafe environment. Many times asked to stay beyond 9pm and even till 11pm and sometimes even midnight. No empathy. Stay or leave culture
