Everything there is soo disgusting ..I request everyone reading this should never come for a job in cogent services .. The work pressure is too high and floor manager always yell at you infront of everyone ..also they do not give breaks at our will ..and there are soo many negative things about this company ..

No proper time for break no etiquette how to talk with employees,not providing genuine leave after proper answering a call also and documents also. They only given an opportunity to their favorites employee who will do and accept their useless points and HRs also the same.

First of all at the time of interview hr will tell you there is no sales pressure but in floor they will continuously harass agents for selling and calls agents to work on weekoffs also

Management is not supportive specially Quality team nd operations head just want to terminate there L1 level employees just for making 1st mistake they don't try to correct then.

Cogent policy and the way off talks and the process controller are totally talk with disrespect like you are nothing and they will give pressure to work because of the policy you cannot even deny that you are not comfortable and your skill are not on that target. They even don't care about your failure in quality and if you decide to leave the company then suddenly they will forcefully move to third level of warning and they will also do not accept the resignation...Read More

1) No annual increment for CSA 2) Multiple EMS issues 3) Low annual increment (8%) for support/Executive in operations 4) Only 2 P short logins 5) No swift change 6) Very poor experience in the company Final verdict: Gonna recommend the operations only for freshers not for experienced CSA

Working with cogent for past 8 months and prior to rhis arrangement worked with them for 4 months still they did not provide benefits they promised 3 years ago. They started PF facility past month.

Dislikes

They don't have any work life balance want to achieve target and they will ask for the justification for the leave and afterwards they do not marked as leave or consider as one. It will be deducted fro your salary. Not hygienic we get one toilet paper roll per day (Not per employee) and when asked to housekeeping staff the reason they say as per management they are working.
