What i really don't like about the tp is that they treat their employees very badly they can't see how hard the person is trying but they've always try to feel them that they are terrible at their job they should've respect them and this is my major reason to leave the Teleperformance. They even don't understand any kind of situation the employee is going through. They even don't understand and consider the medical emergency . First of all I really like this name tag of company "teleperformance " , the building, the area . It' s a wonderful place to work from recruitment area where they are supportive - especially their nice behaviour and nice treatment -to -training room ( trainer -nice bonding as a friend) to each and every member on the floor. And on the floor there are team of members like the manager and all inspiring leadership (nice soft decent nature) I like their values about life and qa that really supported me. They allowed me to complete my tasks out of my working hours limits even when they can have risk of penalties.I mean they people consider/appreciate someone' s work. No Canteen on the same floor of work where we can save our breaks .All the time we rush from lift to lift consuming all the breaks.
