It's the best company to improve your mental health. Management is very supportive. I have worked in Global IT team and it turned out to be the best company in terms of teammates, helping, global culture, work-life balance. Growth is a little low because of no external clients as they use their own software. And its very TP-specific CRM tools. However, they respect their employees and their work.
