Everything is good, behavior, support and most important thing is....on time salary.

Dislikes

No appraisal is too baad they just giving 2000 rs hike to those employees who achieved Exceed expectations and for meet expectations only 1000 rs... so basically there is no future.

Somehow the supervisor has no clue about the technical process at all, all the seniors manages treats agents as s**t. They don't care about the agents at all. Never come to Teleperformance unless that is the only option you have left.

No worst working for . No one appreciate your work . Specially if you are part of IT team . My laptop has a SSD issue I had told my company n number of time but no one listen and it's been 1.5 year I have been telling about same to.multiple leadership. But uhhh . High leadership is just worst . No good changes . I missed time when vikas was our director . New leadership joins . Make useless changes remove alll our benefits . Decreased increament scale . Company show no appreciation for employee. You will never getting any bonus, no diwali or holi or new year gifts. Nothing . I hate that new management don't apreate there IT....Read More

HP only has good process nothing else is good about teleperformance.

Management and politics in HP process if you are girl and looking for quick promotion just join Teleperformance you will get promoted because there is something in Teleperformance where girls get quickly promoted now understand what it might be and than only join. If there is heavy call flow they will not give you break and also they will forcefully ask you to take break quickly so that you don't have option to do work avoidance as if Agents do not understand what call flow is Agent understand about Service Level but if someone is not hungry at the beginning of the shift why AM ask to finish meal breaks?
