Nothing I like in this company they hold my slaery till know am telling I don't need any work experience later they are forcing me to pay 5000 to take experience later there is no response from BHR team or head

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
